The Best Nail Polish Colours for Fall & Winter: 10-Free and Vegan

November 17, 2016

I have a thing for pretty nail colours and I tend to reach for different tones during different seasons. That’s why I thought I would share my top picks from Trust Fund Beauty’s 10-free and vegan nail polish collection for Fall & Winter. These seasons call for deeper hues and Trust Fund has created some beautiful colours to choose from. You can read all about my love for Trust Fund Beauty and why I choose them as my favourite green nail polish company here. Here are my top 3 picks from their current line:

1) Zero Chill (medium dusty rose): This colour had me at the shopping cart in seconds. This is the softest of colours that I’ve chosen for Fall & Winter, but the tone fits nicely with bolder autumn make-up looks and darker wardrobes. This colour would also be a gorgeous pick for a bride as it is subtle, soft and elegant.

(2) Well Played (medium olive green): This was my second pick for the season as it’s earthy hues are perfect for darker days and cozier wardrobes. Green is one of my favourite colours and I always like to choose a different tone for each season. In this case, I went for a deeper olive tone rather than the soft teals you see during the summer months. This colour is sure to mesh well with soft beige wool sweaters.

(3) Major Eye Roll (deep navy blue): I am a sucker for dark tones that appear close to black. Rather than go all in with jet black polishes, I tend to sway towards deep tones in other palettes that show their “true colours” when held in the light. This colour will appear the darkest of the dark but will add a little pop of blue when you walk into natural light.

Hope you love these picks just as much as I do! Happy nail painting!

I like dark shades too and I’m looking for vegan nail polish for me try. You gave me an idea on what color to go for. I will try Trust Fund Beauty and compare it with Butter London and Flower Beauty. Thanks.
