I have walked down the grocery store aisle filled with different protein powders and protein bars. I have looked at the ingredient lists on the back of many of these products. Most of them are loaded with poor filler ingredients. While they may help you hit your macros of the day, they certainly are not contributing to robust health. I am an actively recovering (managing) type A personality, business owner and a Mother of two. Stress and cortisol are no new phenomenon to me.
