Most of the popular wellness brands hail from the United States. This is a barrier for most who don’t want to be spending so much on conversions rates, shipping rates, and dreaded duty fees. An Online Canadian Wellness Market
Well.ca is a better known option that also carries 100’s of wellness brands. It has a really wide range of products, many of which fall completely under health and wellness. However, when well.ca was acquired by a bigger company, they grew their range of products and many are conventional or don’t fit in either category (ie. water bottles, lunch bags, etc.). Not a big deal as you can still get access to so MANY different wellness brands but I wanted to mention it for those who prefer to read ingredient labels and discern between non-toxic and conventional. I still believe this website is a great resource for different wellness brands for Canadians.

An Online Wellness and Vitamin Dispensary
Nature’s Source is another online dispensary that carries a wide range of vitamins and supplements. This dispensary also carries some beauty brands including Carina Organics Hair care, Green Beaver and my favorite All Good SPF spray. It also carries my favorite bee propolis and immune supportive products from Beekeeper’s Naturals. Lastly, they carry the Ancient Minerals Magnesium flakes bath soak. I love using these soaks during and post illness, for muscle recovery after intense exercise and for nights when I want a good deep sleep. Detox Market Canada has been a long time natural beauty resource for me. It carries the widest range of popular natural beauty and hygiene brands that you may otherwise need to ship over the border. Another organic mattress option for those who want a slightly more affordable option is Naturepedic. While I would always make Obasan mattress my first choice, I do think that Naturepedic is a great secondary option. They are certified organic and use safe materials during manufacturing.
