Salad dressing are usually loaded with unhealthy preservatives, sugar, and hydrogenated oils. These things wreak havoc on your system and ruin an otherwise healthy diet. I love to make my own salad dressings and this one is one of my favourites for so many reasons. I LOVE avocado and think it is the perfect replacement for creamy dressings if someone is leading a vegan diet. Not only is it a great replacement for taste, but it packs a serious amount of nutrients and healthy fats that your body needs. This salad dressing is a dream for anyone looking to improve the texture of their skin, reduce bloating, or just find healthy replacements for store bought dressings.
This dressing is delicious on my favourite warm salad, The Roasted asparagus, chilli chickpea and avocado salad. It can be used on any salad you wish, or even used as a dip! I recommend making it fresh overtime as avocados brown easily whether they’re kept in the fridge or not.
