Add beef bones and chicken feet to a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over them
Roast bones in the oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes
Chop up carrots, onion, and celery
Remove bones from oven and add to a large stock pot over the stove top
add vegetables, garlic and spices/seasonings to the stock pot
Fill stock pot with filtered water. Ensure it is covering the bones and most of the vegetables.
Add vinegar to the stock pot
Bring pot to a boil and then reduce heat to a low simmer
Simmer in low for 8-10 hours
Remove from heat and strain bones, vegetables and spices from the broth
Add to a jar and enjoy whenever you want a gut healing boost
